Ralph E. Hood, President
Mr. Hood was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana on October 7, 1977, at which time he became associated with the firm of Kizer, Hood & Morgan, L.L.P., and has been a partner of the firm since 1979. He is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana State and American Bar Associations, a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association Uniform Title Standards Committee and the Louisiana State Bar Association Uniform Title Standards Committee. In recent years, Mr. Hood has been a guest speaker at numerous seminars on real estate law and foreclosure law sponsored by the Louisiana State Bar Association and the LSU Law Center, Center of Continuing Professional Development. Mr. Hood has been practicing real estate law since 1977 and he is primarily responsible for the examination of titles in connection with commercial real estate transactions.
J. Donald Morgan, Vice President
Mr. Morgan became associated with the firm of Kizer, Hood & Morgan, L.L.P. upon his admittance to practice law in October, 1984, and became a partner in the firm in 1986. He is a member of Baton Rouge, Louisiana State and American Bar Associations. Mr. Morgan is primarily responsible for the examination of titles in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Walter N. O'Roark, III, Secretary
Mr. O'Roark became associated with the firm of Kizer, Hood & Morgan, L.L.P. upon his admittance to practice law in August, 1986, and became a partner of the firm in 1992. He is a member of Baton Rouge, Louisiana State and American Bar Associations. Mr. O'Roark has been practicing real estate law since 1986 and he is primarily responsible for the examination of titles in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions.
